New things coming to Beach Body!!! : D

The Beach Body Summit was this week and they shared some exciting news for the Coaches of Beach Body. The first announcement was that they will have the new Shakeology flavor of PINK Tropical come out this year! Which I had a feeling it would be pink! I LOVE PINK! : D

Then they announced that they now have a cell phone app for P90X. New Tai Chi workout coming out in 2012! They are also releasing the sequel to P90X in the fall called P90X2. The latest is the Active Military can join as a Coach with no fees! : D

I LOVE BEING A BEACH BODY COACH!! : D

3 Day Shakeology Cleanse




So I thought I would share with y'all an update on my progress with Beach Body! :)

Well, I did the 10 Day workout challenge, awesome way to get into the habit of exercising and it did work! : D That was my main goal for that.

I decided against the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse because I just cannot live without my food! I am a Foodie remember? So I decided if I do decide to do the Cleanse I will modify it to where its tolerable for me to do.

I did my Before pictures for Brazil Butt Lift so that once I complete the program, I can earn my FREE t-shirt! : D After I complete BBL, I decided to Turbo Fire! Which is an intense cardio program by Chalene Johnson!

I am still drinking my Shakeology everyday my preferred flavor, Greenberry. My daughter seems to love it too! Not a huge fan of the chocolate.

I have been posting my results on Facebook and have inspired others to workout! Its an awesome feeling to do so! :)

Beach Body Brazil Butt Lift Workout

So today, I started my first workout with BB and let me tell you it was intense! My daughter worked out with me and my chihuahua Sheesha kept trying to lick our faces while we were working out LOL!

I currently weigh 150lbs, my goal is at least 125lbs or 130lbs. I chose BBL because I have a flat booty and I am interested in fixing my mid-section and having a rounder booty. I am also a rep for the company. There products are extraordinary and everyone I know knows one or programs from BB. So I thought it was a good choice. My Plan is to work out 5 days a week (Sunday through Thursday) and drink Shakeology at least 5 days as well. I post on my Fan page on FB as well as my website of my progress and occasionally on this blog. :)
