3 Day Shakeology Cleanse

So, in order to prep for my Cruise I will be doing a 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse. I will keep y'all updated. But I am bound to lose 2-7lbs and a couple of inches around the mid-section. Whats so great about this cleanse is I will not be hungry! Which is my main concern.
